I enjoy directing Art and Gallery shoots for the entertainment industry and specialize in shooting elegant, observant unit stills for film and TV productions. Among my clients are major networks and studios such as ABC, AMC, Apple, ARD Germany, BBC and BBCA, CBC, CBS, The CW, Disney, Hallmark, Lifetime and A&E Networks, National Geographic, Netflix, Paramount, Sony, Universal and Warner Bros. I am also sought after for actor and author headshots, as well as creative people photography.

I was trained in Germany and honed my skills in European theatres and opera houses. Working on large complex arts productions, I learned to be almost invisible yet focused. I am an expert in discovering candid storytelling details within busy sets. But most of all, I love the rewarding experience of photographing people authentically when they are being creative.

I am based in Vancouver (a member of the International Cinematographers Guild ICG 669) and have also worked in Berlin and Munich. When not behind the camera I enjoy mentoring and coaching the next generation of photographers and movie makers.
